Our commitment to research and development is showcased through our unique, hot-dip nylon coating. Developed in-house by our experts following an increase in demand for products that control the risk of infection, this anti-microbial coating is applied to all BOYCO metalwork to stop bacteria from surviving on its surface. Hot-dip nylon is also prized for its unrivalled durability when compared to powder-coated alternatives, making it a market leader.

Developed in house, both our Hot-Dip Nylon coating and Anti-Microbial lacquer are leading the way in anti-bacterial protection. Unique to BOYCO, our coatings to both timber and metal work are unrivalled. Designed to be 100% safe and non-toxic, our Hot-Dip Nylon is derived from castor oil, a renewable source. This is just one way that we are protecting the environment as part of our sustainability journey.
