The Hot-Dip Nylon coating was pioneered by BOYCO, and we are the only Fixed Furniture & Equipment manufacturer to possess this technology.

Hot-Dip Nylon is a coating used to offer unrivalled durability and 500 x more abrasion resistance when tested against powder-coated alternatives. Hot-Dip Nylon also prevents the spread of 99% of all known bacteria.

Yes, Hot-Dip Nylon coating is derived from castor oil, a scrubland/wasteland product, making it 100% renewable.

Anti-Microbial Lacquer is a solution applied to BOYCO timber to prevent the spread of 99% of all known bacteria.

All BOYCO in-house timber is twice coated with Anti-Microbial Lacquer. If you're unsure as to whether a product is coated in Anti-Microbial Lacquer, please get in touch.

Returns are at BOYCO's discretion. If you need to return an item, please send an email to: customer.services@boycouk.com with your order number, delivery address, and postcode, along with details as to why you need to return the item. We will then get back to you within 3 working days with a decision and the next steps.

Any items returned to BOYCO will be at the buyer's cost unless we have stated otherwise. If you have any questions about returning an item, please get in touch with our friendly team.

We deliver to the United Kingdom, including the Highlands and Islands as well as the Republic of Ireland. If you are outside of those areas but would like to place an order, please contact our friendly team here, who will assist you.

Delivery times are dependent on the items you're purchasing, the quantity, and the shipping address. Delivery times will be estimated based on these factors. If you're not sure about your delivery timescale or need a fast turnaround, please get in touch with our friendly team who will try and assist you.

Yes. If you're a school, college, government body, NHS or MOD you will automatically be entitled to a pre-authorised credit account with us. Please contact us to activate your account.
